A reset button that asks Are you Sure Before resetting the count. Included in the design is astopping method that stops at the exact entered measurement. The Operator is warned that the machine is stopping due to length being complete.
The Traverse screen This screen is used for electronic traversing. The left Flange and the right Flange values are entered. This is the value from the imaginary center line. The Position will increase due to rotational pulse counting. Once the Value is equal to or greater than the direction will be changed. This system retains no error as the count is only used in the direction to the outer flange. On the return direction the traverse crosses a zero proximity and the count starts from this reset pulse.
